The Truth behind Being a Jedi: In the fictional movie Star Wars, a set of fictional order called Jedi serves as the warrior monks. These monks were obligated to maintain the peace and justice in the Galactic Empire. They were the ones who were enlightened with the core values and virtues one must possess to be aware and actually accept the Force. To be Jedi, one needs to undergo extensive training under a Jedi Master and requires many years of preparation for a Jedi needs to renounce all matters that involves emotions which includes romantic love towards another person. Anakin Skywalker and his son, Luke are both Jedis who were trained by Obi wan Kenobi, who was an apprentice by the wise Jedi Master Yoda. The virtues upheld by a Jedi had often been compared to the modern philosophical path. The Jedi of the fictional movie Star Wars is often affiliated to the rise of the religious movements like Jediism and the basis for the Jedi census phenomenon.
